If you’re new to meditation – or new to town – finding all your options can be a daunting task. This directory aims to make it a whole lot easier.
Here you’ll find all the meditation groups on Google, Meetup, and Natural Awakenings, PLUS those at yoga studios, community centers, and churches.
Please note, days and times can change! While some groups have been meditating on the same schedule for years, others shift over time, and many have different summer schedules. So, before you go, please check the group’s website to be sure.
Just click on the part of town you’re interested in to go to that part of the page.
