As the winter solstice draws near, we light candles and celebrate.  It’s that subtle shift from the last remnants of fall into the heart of the winter – perfect for meditation.

On another level, this is a time of bustling and hurry, the dear holiday season, with all its pressures and demands.  All the more reason to step back, take a deep breath, and meditate.

There are many groups who, every solstice and equinox, take time out to meditate and send good wishes to all.   If you’d like to join in, please do – it’s Sunday, December 21st.

And whatever you do, have a very happy holiday!
